What We're Built On

Our Values

Everything we do flows from two simple convictions.

The Foundation

'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.

Matthew 22:37–40  (NKJV)

Jesus said it simply. Two commandments. Everything else hangs on these. So do we.

We Value
God's Presence

Without God's presence, we are nothing more than a social club with really awesome people. We need His presence to empower us and shape us into his likeness. That's what sends us into the world to make a difference.

We are not here to be distracted — we are here to spend time with our Saviour and pour our lives out to serve him.

We Value
People

A dynamic and living relationship with God compels us to reach people. As we all draw closer to Jesus, we draw closer to each other — close enough to start knocking the sharp edges off each other and build real community.

Doing life together is one of the gifts of serving in God's kingdom, and we embrace that.
